Beginner Introduction Program to Martial Arts
For ages 4 thru 7
1.5 Hours Packed Full of Fun, Skills and Knowledge
Each class starts with Meditation, followed with Strength exercises with light stretching. We will work on Balance skills as well as Hand and Eye Coordination. Students will be taught to control their bodies as well as encouraged to use proper manors and to address adults respectfully. We will also start learning basic Martial Arts Techniques and Terminology that provide a strong foundation to build on in the future.
